Estimated Time of Arrival is a devised play created by the MA Collaborative Performance Making 2025/26 cohort. It follows a timeless tube carriage caught in a glitch in the universe, where five characters from five different timelines find themselves on the same commute, colliding their worldviews, memories, and hopes. Around them, City of London remains unchanged, yet somehow remembers them all through its melancholic old facades, electric graffiti, and whispering wind.

For Estimated Time of Arrival, I worked as a dramaturg, supporting the cohesiveness of the piece throughout its development. I supported the director in the rehearsal room by providing notes on story structure and conducting and sharing research where needed.

I also worked as an Assistant Stage Manager, supporting the production through stage and prop-table presets, prop sourcing, rehearsals, and technical week, while helping to ensure that everything backstage ran smoothly during performances.

Creating Estimated Time of Arrival gave me the opportunity to explore a new kind of creative role: supporting someone else’s ideas and discovering how my creative voice could contribute to collaborative art without necessarily creating the content myself. The clay I used to sculpt was always handed to me by actors, directors, or designers. The ideas were theirs, the hands were mine. Yet somehow, my voice found its way into what those hands made.v
